Structure and Scope2.1 These Terms and an accepted Order are the Agreement between You and Us. When You would like to purchase Services from Us, we will discuss Your requirements and We will issue you with a draft Order setting out the scope of the Services. By signing the Order (manually or electronically) which references these Terms, You accept the Order and agree to be bound by the Agreement.
