In accordance with the terms and conditions of that certain Proctoring Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) first entered into by and between ProctorU, Inc., a Meazure Learning company (“ProctorU”) and The Texas A&M University System (“System”) on November 7, 2016 (the “Agreement Effective Date”), the Parties hereby enter into this Addendum Number Two (2), effective as of November 7, 2021 (the “Addendum EffectiveDate”).
