Client owns and operates a medical facility located at (the “Facility”), and PurNet provides supply chain consulting and related aggregation services to facilities like the Facility. The parties wish to enter into this Agreement with PurNet whereby PurNet will provide certain consulting services to the Facility for the benefit of Client.
