These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Client and Captivate Exhibits (Seller) and are referred to herein as either "Terms and Conditions" or this "Agreement". Client accepts these Terms and Conditions by making a purchase from or placing an order with Seller or shopping on any Seller Website or Mobile Application (each, a "Site") or otherwise requesting products (the “Products”) or engaging Seller to perform or procure any Services (as this and all capitalized terms are defined herein). These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller and Client.
