THIS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ADDENDUM (this “Addendum”) is entered into by and between the person(s), corporation(s), business(es), limited liability company(ies) or other entity(ies) identified below (“Customer”) and Zygote Media Group, Inc., a Utah corporation (“Zygote”), for the purposes of amending and supplementing the Customer License Agreement between Zygote and Customer described below.
