Ltd. a company incorporated under the laws of South Korea and having its registered office at 163-3, Samsung-Dong, Kangnam-Gu, Seoul, Korea (“DAEWOONG”) and Autotelic, LLC and Autotelic, Inc., and Stocosil Inc. (“STOCOSIL”) companies incorporated under the laws of Delaware, having its registered office at 17870 Castleton Street, Ste. 250, City of Industry, CA 91748, USA. (“STOCOSIL”).
