This Product End User License Agreement (EULA) is a portion of the contract established between the Customer, as specified in the Sales Agreement form(s), and IB Lab GmbH, including its associated companies such as ImageBiopsy Lab, Inc. Unless a separate EULA agreement has been arranged directly with the Customer by a Third Party for their respective products, this EULA will oversee each Sales Agreement form signed by the Customer and IB Lab, and any Third Party Product licensed to the Customer and/or managed by IB Lab. The user and licensee of the products is the Customer (and any authorized users of the product(s)), while IB Lab is the provider of the Products, Software, and/or Services. Each entity is referred to as a "Party", and collectively, they are referred to as the "Parties".
