These Product Evaluation Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) set forth the rights and obligations of Tintri by DDN, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 9351 Deering Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311 (“Tintri”), and the entity agreeing to these terms (“Recipient”) for the use by Recipient of Tintri Products for testing and/or evaluation purposes.
