All your use of AXIS OS (the “Software”) will be governed by Axis General License Agreement (available at License agreements | Axis Communications, a copy attached hereto as Exhibit 1) and these Product Specific Terms for AXIS OS (these “Terms”), collectively referred to as the “Agreement”. These Terms shall prevail in case of any conflict with Axis General License Agreement. Any terms used and defined in Axis General License Agreement that are used in these Terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Axis General License Agreement. Any references to Firmware in the Agreement shall include AXIS OS.

These Terms shall prevail in case of any conflict with Axis End User License Agreement. Any terms used and defined in Axis End User License Agreement that are used in these Terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in End User License Agreement. Any references to Firmware in the Agreement shall include AXIS OS.
