This Agreement, dated , 2019, is between the City of Bryan, a Texas home- rule municipal corporation, (“City”) and St. Joseph Regional Health Center d/b/a CHI St. Joseph Health Regional Hospital a 501(c)(3) not-for profit corporation (“Provider”), whereby the Provider agrees to provide the City with certain professional health services as described herein and the City agrees to pay the Provider for those services.
