THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF CASTLE PINES, a Colorado municipal corporation (the “City”), and SAFEbuilt COLORADO, LLC, a Colorado limited liability corporation (the “Contractor”) (the City and the Contractor may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as “Party”), and is effective as of April 1, 2019 (“Effective Date”).
