THIS AMENDMENT modifies the Agreement dated June 29, 2023 made by and between Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., (hereinafter called ENGINEER), and City of Warrensburg, Missouri (hereinafter called OWNER) for the following Project: Maguire Street Corridor Upgrade Project. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties agree to make the following changes to their Agreement.
