This Professional Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford (“LPCH”), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, and Palo Alto Unified School District, a California public school district (“District”). LPCH and District may be referred to individually as “Party” or together as the “Parties”.
