THIS MASTER CONTRACT is made and entered into effective as of the day of April, 2022 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the Town of Queen Creek, an Arizona municipal corporation ("Town"), and Entellus, Inc,, an Arizona corporation ("Consultant"). Town and Consultant may be referred to in this Contract collectively as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party."
