THIS PROFESSIONAL WEB SERVICES RESELLER AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between Advanced Internet Technologies, Inc. (“AIT”), and you (“Reseller”), who wish to use the below-described services of AIT (“Services”) in accordance with this Agreement, to include AIT's application/order/proposal form(s) for Web Design Reseller Services (“Order Form”), and AIT's various policies, which are located online at http://www.ait.com and its various subdirectories (“Site”). Reseller and AIT are herein referred to in this Agreement singularly as “party” or collectively as “parties.”
