The following Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) is made between Colegio los Nogales, Envoys and the participant and his or her parent/guardian. By their signatures, the participant and his or her parent/guardian hereby represent and fully agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
