Teradata Corporation (together with its subsidiaries) and you hereby agree that the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) shall govern your participation in any one of the formally documented Teradata certification tracks offered by Teradata under this Agreement (the “Teradata Certified Professional Program” or “TCPP”).
