This Agreement (Agreement) governs the terms of the relationship between the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), TRC Companies (SMUD’s implementation contractor for CES), and the Contractor (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) with respect to installation of commercial energy efficiency and electrification improvements and access to SMUD incentives and services. Only active members of the CES Contractor Network may apply for and receive CES incentives on behalf of SMUD customers.
