Appendix I: Program EvaluationProgram Evaluation Agreement • September 2nd, 2021
Through this agreement, the Contractor agrees to work collaboratively with the County, or an agency working on behalf of the County, identified as the evaluator to conduct evaluations of any program activities funded through this contract. Program evaluations may take several forms, depending on the maturity of the program in question, the needs of the County, and the interests of the provider. Program evaluations can be understood as systematic ways of assessing and describing a program’s strengths and weaknesses to help inform future work.
