SpeciFi® Program Fee:Program Fee Agreement • June 8th, 2022
The annual fee (“Program Fee”) for advisory, brokerage, custody and administrative services provided under this Agreement is 0.50%. The Program Fee is first applied to your account’s Eligible Assets at the time your Account is initially invested in your Portfolio. The Program Fee is payable monthly in arrears, and will be calculated by the Manager and deducted from your Account by the Custodian.
LETTER OF AGREEMENT 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEARProgram Fee Agreement • January 7th, 2022
By registering and enrolling your child in the program, you are agreeing to payment of the full annual fee. Should your child be subject to suspension from the program by the School District for disciplinary or other reasons, the full annual fee remains in effect. However, the School District in its sole discretion reserves the right to waive all or partial program fees or to modify payment arrangements based on hardship or other considerations. If a parent elects to withdraw his/her child for any reason, a written notice of withdrawal is required by informing the Principal in writing, at least one month in advance. The balance remaining of the monthly tuition will not be refunded.

This Agreement is entered into by Iowa State University of Science and Technology, on behalf of its Extension and Outreach Division, Ames, Iowa 50011 (“ISU”), and <CUSTOMER NAME> (“Customer”). The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date on which the last party signs this Agreement. Attachment A is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
