The GENERAL LAND OFFICE (the “GLO”) and GRANTWORKS, INC., Texas Identification Number (TIN) 17604462204 (“Provider”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for comprehensive program implementation services (the “Contract”) pursuant to applicable provisions of Title 10, Subtitles D and F, of the Texas Government Code, in conjunction with 2 C.F.R.
