Unless a current Resident Affiliation Agreement is in place, each and every Program Letter Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between Temple University Hospital, Inc. (“TUH”) and any other institution which a non-TUH Resident rotates at TUH (“AFFILIATE”) is subject to the following terms and conditions.
