This agreement covers the terms of a Program Location agreement between First Tee — Coachella Valley (FTCV), a program of the Coachella Valley Recreation and Park District, and the City of Indio, a California municipal corporation, in its capacity as the owner and operator or the Indio Municipal Golf Course, a golf facility owned by the City of Indio (Program Location).
