This Next Generation Generation Regional Computer Aided Dispatch Interoperability Program (“NGRCIP”) Member Agency Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into by and between Heartland Communications Facility Authority, North County Dispatch Joint Powers Authority, City of San Diego, County of San Diego, and City of Escondido (“Members” or Member Agencies”, as defined in Section 2.1).
