THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the Summit County Land Reutilization Corporation (“SCLRC”) and (“Subrecipient”), hereinafter collectively, the “Parties,” to undertake residential/commercial demolition projects (“Projects”) as defined herein pursuant to the Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program (“Program”) as approved by the Ohio Department of Development (“ODOD”), and is effective as of the date when this Agreement becomes fully executed by all Parties hereto.
