(“Company”) and the University of Florida Board of Trustees (“University”). All terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect, and this Program Term Sheet may not alter any of the terms of the Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined in this Program Term Sheet have the meaning provided in the Agreement.
