This Agreement, which concerns the store’s or entity’s authorization to operate as a WIC Vendor, shall continue in effect until the above-stated termination date or unless it is terminated as provided in this Agreement. The Program reserves the unilateral right to order in writing changes in the work within the scope of the Agreement and the unilateral right to order in writing a temporary stop or delay in performance.

The Larimer County Farmers’ Market (“the Market”) will continue with Credit, Debit, and SNAP (the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly food stamps) programs. The program provides a wireless point-of-sale machine to our market, which will enable us to accept SNAP, debit, and credit card transactions. The Market’s goal, with our vendors as partners, is to provide an additional revenue source for vendors and to offer fresh, local food to community members who use SNAP. In addition, because we are offering debit and credit card services, we are confident that the Market has increased its overall vendor sales through this program. Vendors have benefitted from the program as if they had individual wireless machines, but without the expense and additional bookkeeping tasks that would be required.

This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall govern the purchase of water services from the Water Service Provider (Vendor) on behalf of households eligible for the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). Federal funds awarded under LIHWAP shall be used as part of an overall emergency effort to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the public health focus of ensuring that low income households have access to drinking water and wastewater services. The funds will be used to cover and/or reduce arrearages, rates and fees associated with reconnection or prevention of disconnection of services. If funding is available, the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (NYS OTDA) will evaluate providing bill assistance to eligible households to reduce the household’s cost for drinking water and wastewater services.
