The following (referred to as “Agreement”) sets forth terms and conditions of the agreement between Doan Winkel and Jeff Vanevenhoven (referred to as “Principal Investigators (PIs)”) and representatives of participating institutions (referred to as "Partner"). The purpose of this agreement is for both parties to be clear about the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved.
