This Project Work Order is executed and delivered pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in the Master Agreement between Owner and Architect. This Project Work Order reaffirms and incorporates each of the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement and sets forth the understanding of the Owner and Architect with respect to the specific services to be performed on the project described herein. Terms described in the Master Agreement shall have their defined meanings when used in this Project Work Order.
