This Property Storage Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Valet Storage LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company, hereinafter (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and You as a customer, a resident of the State of Texas hereinafter (“You”, “Your”) is for the storage of Property owned by You hereinafter (“Property”) in Our storage building the Bins collectively (“Bins”) identified on Rider “A” attached hereto and made an part of this Agreement.
