Service & Fees: In exchange for property tax appeal services, you agree to pay New South Property Tax Services, LLC hereinafter referred to as (“New South”), a contingency fee equal to 35% of your Estimated Tax Savings for Residential and 25% for Commercial properties (as defined below) achieved by New South for the protested tax year. In fulfilling this service New South will make every reasonable effort to lower your property taxes by attending an informal and/or a formal hearing on your behalf. You authorize New South to exercise its discretion in determining whether to attend a hearing. If such attendance does not occur for any reason including errors or factors beyond our control, you will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable. You acknowledge that New South has made no representations regarding the outcome of any hearing, arbitration or appeal. In case of litigation arising from this agreement, the parties agree that venue shall be exclusively in Harris County, Texas.
