AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made effective as of May 17, 2024 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), between Marshall Township, a Michigan governmental unit (“Township”), and the Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (“MAEDA”). Township and MAEDA are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
