THIS Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 20, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and among the City of Milpitas, a municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter “City” or “City”) and SJB Child Development Centers, a California 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation (hereinafter “Tenant”). Each City and Tenant are hereineafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
