This AGREEMENT is entered into this 1st day of May, 2024, by and between Universal Protection Service, LLC d/b/a Allied Universal Security Services. ("AUS" or "Employer" or "Company") and the International Union, Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America ("SPFPA" or the "Union") on behalf of itself and its local Unions as listed in Appendix A.
