THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, hereinafter called “District”, and N_etXperts, _Inc. _ _ , hereinafter called “Proposer,”. District and Proposer are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” This Agreement is made with reference to the following facts:
