THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this day of May 2012, by and between the Mt. Diablo Unified School District (“District”), a public school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of California and the Clayton Valley Charter High School (“Charter School”), a California public charter school. The District and the Charter School are collectively referred to herein as “the parties.”
