This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of the 1st day of October, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) is made between AT&T Services, Inc. a Delaware corporation, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (“AT&T”) and Motricity, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“Supplier”).
