This Protected Information Notification Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by Agency for the benefit of Amazon.com, Inc. and its Affiliates (“Amazon”). In connection with Amazon’s submission of technical plans, specifications, and data to Forsyth County (“Agency”) related to regulatory permitting of a certain Amazon facility to be constructed on New Boyd Road in Forsyth County. In order to mitigate concerns by Amazon related to sensitive data within such plans, specifications, and data being released to third parties, the Agency agrees as follows:
