The St. Joseph County Lake and Land Development Corporation, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Michigan, as developer of Lake Templene, and this subdivision, do hereby impose and subject the title, use, occupation, and ownership of all lots in said subdivision to the conditions, covenants, easements, servitudes and restrictions as set forth below, and that the same shall run with all parts of this subdivision and shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefits of, The Developer, and everyone of the Developer’s successors entitled to any real estate in this subdivision.
