UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA (hereinafter referred to as “UiTM”), an institution of higher learning established under the Unversiti Teknologi Mara Act 1976 whose address is at the Chancellory, UiTM, 40450 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, and for all intent and purposes of this Protocol is represented by Universiti Teknologi MARA, Cawangan Kedah, and shall include its lawful representatives and permitted assigns;
