This Provision of Security Guards contract is made effective this Friday of 30.08.2019 between Punjab Institute of Management & Professional Development Govt. of the Punjab, J-Street Upper Mall Scheme Lahore, Pakistan (hereafter called the employer) of the one part and Security company (hereafter called the Security Guards) of the other part, Punjab Institute of Management & Professional Development Govt. of the Punjab, J-Street Upper Mall Scheme Lahore, Pakistan and security company may hereinafter be referred to individually as “party” and collectively as “the parties”.
