General The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter of the Contract and supersedes all prior representations, negotiations and undertakings between the Parties, except in respect of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The Contractor shall be an independent contractor and nothing in the Contract shall be construed as creating a partnership, a contract of employment or a relationship of principal and agent between the Authority and the Contractor. A reference to any Act of Parliament, Order, Regulation or Statutory Instrument shall include a reference to any amendment or re-enactment thereof. Paragraph headings do not affect the interpretation of the Contract.
