This Annexation Agreement (“Agreement”) dated , 2014 is among the City of Bend, (“City”), Miller Tree Farm, LLC, (“Owner”) and the Bend –La Pine Administrative School District No. 1 (“District”). Owner the owner of the property described in Exhibit A (the “Property”). Owner intends to convey the Property to the District prior to development of the Property. The District is a public agency pursuing the public purpose of acquiring the Property to construct a public middle school.
