This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered by and between the City of Wylie, Texas, a home-rule municipality (“City”), and Collin County Community College and its students (collectively, the “Artist”), to be effective from and after the date as provided herein. City and Artist are sometimes referred to collectively as the “parties” or individually as a “party.”
