This Agreement for Interim Indigent Criminal Defense Services (“Agreement”) by and between the City of Lynden, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City,” and Sharon D. Westergreen, Westergreen Law, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” collectively referred to as “Parties,” is for the purpose of providing short-term, temporary attorney services as outlined herein, commencing August 1July 24, 2019.
