This Public Improvement Participation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between LEMAN EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, INC. (“LESI”), an Arizona non- profit corporation, and the TOWN OF MARANA (“Marana”), an Arizona municipal corporation. LESI and Marana are sometimes collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties,” either of which is sometimes referred to as a “Party.”
