The City of Ames entered into a Development Agreement with DET Land Company (Doug Pyle) in regard to dedication of right-of-way and construction of public improvements, including City construction of the road extension and the developer completing sewer, water, and sidewalk improvements. The property owner executed a public improvements agreement for a three-year deferral with financial security for his required improvements, totaling $64,655.
