Agreement – this agreement of the parties on all essential conditions for the provision of services, drawn up in the form of a public offer, further unconditionally accepted by the Customer of services in full through its acceptance. This agreement is a transaction consisting of an accepted public offer posted on the website. The procedure for formalizing the agreement is determined further in the text in accordance with Articles 395 and 396 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
