PENSION: 13.1% of all scale earnings. HEALTH BENEFITS: $13.66 per musician per day, not to exceed $68.30 per musician per week. DOUBLING: 25% extra of the base scale for the first double, 10% additional for each subsequent double. CARTAGE: $39.02 for harp, string bass, timpani, and keyboard. $11.71 each for tuba, drums, electric guitar,amplifiers, baritone saxophone, bass saxophone, cello, contra-bass clarinet, contra bassoon, and accordion. THEME MUSIC: $249.78 per 3 hour recording session, $20.82 for each 15 minutes thereafter. RE-USE: A second and all further broadcast cycles of three (3) years will pay another 100% of scale. FOREIGN USE: A program may be distributed for worldwide use with a payment of 45% of scale; or, the Producer may elect to release the program only in certain “areas” with the following payments:Area 1 – England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and the island of Cyprus: 20% of scale.
