Motorola Solutions, Inc. (“Motorola”) and Davidson County, North Carolina (the “Customer”) enter into this Public Safety Software and Services Agreement (“Agreement”), pursuant to which Customer will purchase and Motorola will sell the System and Services, as described below. Motorola and Customer may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” Customer currently needs to purchase Public Safety Software, and the Public Safety Software solution requires the following additional terms and conditions:
